i set my alarm times based on what Laberge's book says:
4.5 hours after sleep, 6 hours and 7.5
so if i sleep at 10pm. then i set one for 2:30am, one for 4am and one for 5:30am
Many times they work because i wake up and i remember dreams.
But many other times also, i wake up with the alarms knowing that i had a great dream but i can't remember it at all.
that means probably the alarm didn't wake me at REm. meaning my REM cycles probably changed and are different from the day before when i did remember dreams.
So should i vary the alarms from day to day?
BTW, i dont always set 3. sometimes just 2 or 1 alarm times.
