      Cool Im back... again

I this is like my 7th time coming back its just that i do so much stuff i forget to get on here. Well anyways besides the fact that im back, how can i get better dream recall? It seems like im not even there in my dreams (like i have one but it feels like im not apart of it and when i wake up i know nothing about it) and it's bothering me because if im in a dream i can usually know im in one if i even have the slightest amount of control (like some what conscious)

Dream journal is a very good thing. It makes you think about your dreams every morning and improving your dream memory. Just keep writing down your dreams and you will start to remember more.
Important is to write it down the moment you wake up. Don't think about different things. Let it be the first thing you do after waking up.

Welcome back! And yup, do dream journal, helps recall and lucid dreaming alot. There are also a few techniques to help recall, simple one is to lie still after waking up for some time while recalling. Another one you can use mantras before/while falling asleep, like "I remember my dreams" or "I wake up after each dream and remember it" or similar. Also try general memory practice, like trying to recall what happened through day right before going to sleep. Check out this thread too: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html
