How about a list of Recall Killers?

Everyone please list what they believe to be strong dream recall "killers". I am talking about foods, drinks, medicines, activities, substances, anything that you think has a negative impact on dream recall.

I used to worry about recall killers before as well, but I decided to try them all out and see if I was able to lucid dream anyway,
And to my surprise nothing really "killed" my recall. But I have not tried drugs, although they would probably make the dream more vivid and easier to recall, but that's just a theory.

      Here's what I've tried:

The myth of masturbation and sex. It doesn't make it harder to recall your dreams I have to many vivid recalled dreams and even lucid dreams after doing this.
Alcohol. Unless you pass out I see no problem of recalling dreams after drinking.
Medicine. Hmm no idea I am rarely sick so that's when I take medicine and then I actually have more vivid dreams, but that can just have to do with that I sleep more.
Physical Exercise. Hmm I do that every day I don't see how that would affect dream recall.

Stress. Hmm stress? Stress for me is just a mindset. When you go to bed you should focus only upon the goal you want to achieve. Imagine yourself putting all your worries and concern in a chest or something because they will only be in the way and doing this can help a bit.
      It's Monroe's trick not mine

There is one thing though that make me forget my dreams and that is lack of motivation. If I don't want or don't tell myself that I want to remember my dreams while going to bed, I often end up just waking up in the morning with no recall at all. So lack of INTENTION is the true recall killer.

This is how it goes for me anyway. If anyone else feel like their dream recall decrease because of something please share

Personal one, I don't think its really true for everyone, T.V. I hate when I wake Up hearing a T.V. just because I noticed lately I never recall my dreams If I wake up and the T.V. is on.

      Stress
Overuse of drugs (alcohol included, but only very drunk)
      Sudden awakenings
Getting up immediately when you wake up
      Not keeping a dream journal
      Negative mindsets

      From my own experience anyways
