If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama

It still looks like it's sitting at a desk. |

These are my beauties: a new (or at least, superbly unknown and under developed) strain of swordtail. Although these guys are a year old, the males still haven't reached sexual maturity. Fortunately, this is a common trait to all black-bodied swordtails (and platys, and mollies...), so I needn't fret. A few are FINALLY starting to grow their swords! As a comparison, their half-brother pineapple strain grew their swords at five months! |

Gaaah so cute!! I love Tommy. He's such a... sleeper! |
|
Yeah he does wants to kick my ass. Actually my sister's. Cuz she always has those weird ideas... And this cat, that ways it sleeps...I've never seen a cat sleeping like that before. That's 180 degrees. Twisted cat. |

I love that cat Volcon! Especially the pink feet. |
|
@Mes: I'd give you some swordtails if I knew you IRL! I have waaaay too many fry! |
