Lol.....some people find me intimidating no matter how nice I am, and I also get stereotyped as a meathead and a narcissist just because i take care of my body when really that's far from the truth. I've come to terms with the fact that that is their problem and not mine and there is nothing I can do about that.

Well I guess that makes sense, I suppose. Good stuff coming to terms, because what they think about you says nothing about you, but about them. I deal with that kind of stuff on a daily basis as well, just in a different form. No matter who, what, or where you will be judged. The trick is to look at it from the positive side.

Low carb diet. I went pretty stringent, with only a few breaks, but I stayed close to 20 grams of carbs a day. I never went over 30 at all. I still do it now because I feel great.

I appreciate that a lot! A lot of people keep telling me that. It's crazy how I was able to way that much at one point whereas now, I am about 6 pounds heavier than I normally am (and still 60 pounds lower than my highest), and I feel awful. The body is a fascinating thing.
