Im sorry for not posting a reply here in the first place, i just got straight into the lessons (which are great btw) and just re read this thread to ensure i didnt forget to do something before posting in the workbook, hope its not a problem.       Hello! Looks like yoga time. I'm a 36 year old male from the US. I've been doing lucid dreaming for a while, but am hoping to move from "experienced novice" to becoming more advanced. It looks like a lot of people are aided by some kind of yoga/meditation type thing, so here I go.
