Plan
1. Get to bed by 3:00
2. Wake up to alarm at 8:30 - after sleeping 5½ hours. I'll play around with that time if needed.
3. Go to bathroom, record any dreams, remind myself about my dreamgoals and then back to bed.
4. Relax myself fully while mantaining awareness and drifting into WILD via HH and SP.
5. Complete my dreamgoals and afterwards remember all of it
Results
1. I got to bed by 3:00
2. I rolled around in the bed for hours
3. Got up around 6:00 after not sleeping a minute.
4. Sat on the computer, reset my alarm
5. Around 9:00 I was finally tired enough to fall asleep. Woke up 15:00, not remembering any dreams.
