      Today's plan was:

      Fill my bladder.
Sleep 1:45 - 7:45 (wake up with alarm).
      Recall Dreams.
      Go to the bathroom.
Meditate a while about today's goals.
      Go back to bed.
      The attempt itself.

      Results:

      I drank some water.
      I fell asleep about 1:45.
      Woke up at 11:40.
      I didn't remember any dreams.
My cellphone was turned off (damn battery!).

      EPIC FAIL

      I went to the bathroom.
Went back to bed and meditated a while about my goals.
I lay down on my right side and tried to relax.
I felt a bit heavy but nothing else.

      Tonight's plan was:
      Fill my bladder.
Sleep 1:30 - 7:30 (wake up with alarm).
Recall Dreams and write down 'em.
      Go to the bathroom.
Meditate a while about today's goals.
      Go back to bed.
Try that relaxation technique that Naiya's explained on today's lecture, and visualize something easy to visualize for the transition.

      Results:
I drank some water and went to bed.
I fell asleep at around 1:45.
Woke up at 5:45, wrote down a dream (about Gregory House teaching me how to annoy people ) on my DJ and fell asleep again.
Then I woke up at 7:45 (with the cellphone vibrating, like the other nights).
I went to the bathroom, when I realized I've been playing this song in my mind , but I've managed to stop thinking about it.
I went back to bed and tried that deep breathing and tense/relax technique...
I felt a bit numb, but slowly, I fell asleep (maybe 45 to an hour later).

      FAIL

It does seem like you're making progress. Just be sure that you're giving the WILD attempt plenty of time, and be sure to detail any feelings, HH, ect. you have here.

I'm a bit confused, should I try waking me up earlier, falling asleep earlier, or sholud I keep the same routine waiting for results?

Keep the same routine--just try to stick with it for a decent length of time. For example, you WBTB and then lay down to WILD...even if you feel like it's not working, keep relaxing for a good 30 minutes total at the very least, if not longer, before giving up. If you fall asleep before then, nothing you can do about that so don't worry about it. Practice is the best teacher with WILD.

      7/29/10

Today's plan was: (basically the same as the other days)
      Fill my bladder.
Sleep 1:30 - 7:30 (wake up with alarm).
      Set alarm: 9:00
Recall Dreams and write down 'em.
      Go to the bathroom.
Meditate a while about today's goals.
      Go back to bed.
Deep breathing and that sinking thing.
Visualization, if I find something easy to visualize (ouch!).

      Results:
I drank a big glass of water.
I fell asleep at around 1:30.
I woke up at 7:30, went to the bathroom and then, went back to bed and meditated about today's goals.
Lying on my back, I've started with that deep breathing. I kept with relaxation, and and found myself with that heavy/numb/whatever feeling, sinking down slowly...
After a while, I've started feeling more heavy, and the vibrations started (SP?). But nothing else beyond that.
I gave up at around 8:30 and fell asleep.
The alarm woke me up at 9:00.
Without getting up, I've stared to do the same thing I did earlier. I felt only a bit numb, but then, HI appeared. After that, I can't remember well whatr happened.
Then, I found myself in a street. I said "this is a dream, I KNOW this is a dream", and all gained detail (all the shops in the street had the same painting style, white walls and green frameworks). " I want a Pepsi", and a Pepsi appeared in my left hand (I'm lefty). After drinking the Pepsi, I've started to think what to do now, and all screwed up, like my other LDs (stabilization, where are You???).
Later, I attained lucidity at the end of a dream (a dream I cannot remember) and had a DEILD, longer that the first dream but not relevant now.

Wow, nice job on getting lucid! Very very cool!

It sounds like you may not have had the WILD because you fell asleep and went unconscious for a while, but you were able to pick up a DILD instead. Congrats! You should think about trying MILD sometime.

Anywho, hopefully today's lecture gave some helpful tips for stabilization.

Aww Yeah it'd be hard to WILD if it were too cold.

I did not attempt today (I had Advanced PC Repair class, so I woke up earlier). Tomorrow will be colder than yesterday, but I'll try anyway.

Today was not that cold like past week, but I've had to get up earlier (looking for job).

I have another job interview tomorrow, but It is at 11:00, so I can start again with the attempts tonight (now the weather stays calm, cold but not annoying like some days ago).

      Results:
I drank a glass of Pepsi and went to the bed
      Fell asleep around 1:20
I woke up at 7:30 (via cellphone alarm)
I went to the bathroom. Someone forgot to close the window, so the bathroom was like a freezer. I couldn't relax because of cold (my bed was not that cold but the minute I've been in the bathroom was lethal).

Definitely, I need an electric blanket.

I usually fall asleep at around 1:30, so:

Cycle One, 90 minutes/1.5 hours <1:30-3:00>: Definitely, not a good moment.

Cycle Two, 180 minutes/3 hours <3:00-4:30>: Better, but not optimal.

Cycle Three, 270 minutes/4.5 hours <4:30-6:00>: Sometimes, I wake up at this point. Acceptable REM amount. This point could be useful during summer (I can't wait for the next one because the sun goes up and the light makes harder the attempt).

Cycle Four, 360 minutes/6 hours <6:00-7:30>: Great REM time, and I tend to wake up naturally at this point. Good balance between REM and sunlight, except summertime.

Cycle Five, 450 minutes/7.5 hours <7:30-9:00>: Amazing REM, but the sunlight is annoying. Anyway, It could be useful sometimes, mostly in that rainy and dark weekends.

      Nap:

13:40: with the computer as white noise generator, I go to my bed and lay on my back. I start with deep breathing, and in a few minutes, I start feeling numb. the time passes, and I am very calm. When a reach a stronger state, I start focusing on visualize the street of that DILD I had the other day. I got a bit of HH, mostly HI, but for a few seconds, I felt a smell like soup . I was deeply relaxed, and I felt my body like more compact, but I've had no changes in the breathing or felt vibrations. At around 45 minutes after starting, I slowly opened my eyes and did a RC. Result: FAIL

Hmm, it sounds like your nap WILD did seem to get about halfway there. I think you should consider trying to WILD during naps again and see if it's easier for you.

Don't let yourself get down because you fell asleep. It's natural to fall asleep a lot when you're learning to WILD. The important thing is that you are making the attempt and doing everything else correctly. Eventually you will succeed
