Oh my god, I am in the same boat as you- my imagination is not the best and I have a lot oof trouble realistically visualizing the scenene first person. I can get the excitememnt down good, but the other parts are terrible.
Also, I am struggling with recall too at the moment

I couldn't take the bad recall thing today so I listened to subliminal lucid because it gives me amazing recall; matter of fact, I'm listening right now

Lol Fortunately I can visualise easily except, I just cannot seen to do it before sleep
anyway my recall has also been horrible nowadays so i'm hoping it will come back. Anyway i'm hoping to be one of the first to do the weekly task :-D .
And I was doing your 90 day MILD task but I got sick, i'm a little bit better now so I will get back on track.

My recall has ben gone for a few days again. DRY SPELL!

Last night i started taking B6 supliments. I wike up remembering a HUGE dream. I sat there with my eyes closed and it took almost 20 minutes to review the dream. Then i opened them grabbed my journal and forgot EVERYTHING. I still cant remember it
.
