Today, however, I couldn't recall anything at all. People started showering and chatting next to my door so I couldn't focus at all. No worries though, it hasn't put me down, and tonight I will have another Lucid Dream! Going to work on my anchoring on my free day, now.

I meditated yesterday night before I went to sleep and repeated my mantras, feeling quite positive. Perhaps I even had a lucid dream - it's just that I can't remember it xP

I also had zero recall last night
