Seeing as I have decided to focus on WILDs here is some notes on how my nap attemot went this afternoon.

Fairly loose approach, Think I had some non dreamy sleep at first attempt until I woke up, then I really remember trying, got very relaxed reached SP twice, When looking at HHs they tend to vanish and I think it is because I subconsciously tell myself they are halucinations (invoking logic too much?). This might be the same logic that makes me wake up. There may be a couple of reasons for waking up here though. It was very bright, the telly was making a noice that sounded like a form of tinitus and the neighbour had a friend over and randomly a scream would be heard from the other flat. The environment might simply not have supported me enough in a tricky technique, as it is.

Btw, If I shouldn't stick this sort of stuff in here and save it for a WILD workshop, please let me know.
