So who are all the professors in this place, and what are you going to teach?

Please sign in so you can be added to the List.

NOTE: Something to keep in mind. If ever a question comes up that you do not know the answer to, please don't hesitate to admit that you don't know the answer. That would be better than spreading misinformation and letting all hell break lose. Rather, say something along the lines of, "that's a good question... however, I don't have the answer to that", then refer them to a tutorial if possible.

Not that this has ever happened, I'm just letting you all know.

I'll be teaching, but I have another big project to finish first. Expect me to start teaching in a month or two.

Also, do you want me to sticky this? It seems a bit lost among the other threads.

I was hoping this thread would get some attention without needing a sticky but I guess we can do that. I just want to make sure we have everything we need for this. We seem to currently have very few professors.

Just saw this as the subforum is new to me. I have been trying to keep a list of all my prospective students but im not sure if it is complete.

Do we know how many students there will be and how many in each course?

Newbie Question: Do you guys mind if I start a new thread in the DVA section for the Meditation class. I want to start writing up everything before the students show up ><

I'd say feel free, waving on oceans, but keep it in the DVA Staff forum so it remains out of public view. If there's any structural deviation or messiness with threads it can easily be fixed later. We should keep this thread free of off-topic discussion though.

Thanks cloud, I think my excitement to see the DVA in motion is cause for my outbursts. Never taught an online class before, just hoping to be prepared.

I could teach all three, but I'll probably stick to WILD most of the time since it's harder to find people to teach WILD.

Just a warning--I won't be able to teach a class for a few weeks, since I already have a ton of stuff to do for the upgrade and all the fun stuff that'll come with it.

That actually could work out well because it is one of the harder of the techniques, and it seems there is a lot of over-lap within the classes- people taking multiple courses. If they are sequenced, by the time WILD class begins everyone will be coming out of the other classes well versed and everyone wouldn't be taking 4 or 5 courses all at once.

Sorry about being inactive recently guys, I've been very sick for the last week along with still having plenty of big things I need to do even in my delirious state. Done some work on the DILD course, will keep the time TO BE ANNOUNCED for now until I can get at least one or two full lessons prepared. Should be soon.
