      DV Movie Awards! And the Nominees are...



      Now's the time to really show off your taste in movies!
      This thread will be for posting your film nominations, in different award show categories. There is no limit to how many entrees you can post for whatever category, nor any restrictions on what time period the movie was released in. (Try to space them out a bit. No need to have massive posts of text or videos, trying to cram them all in at once. Spoiler tags help, for the vids!)

      Along with your declaration of which categories you are nominating movies/actors/actresses for, and the names of the movies/actors/actresses, themselves, links to youtube clips that illustrate the reason for your nomination (or just further information about the movie or person being nominated) is encouraged. There will really be no 'winners' in this. It's just a chance to show off your own preferences!

      I don't have much time to do many of my own, at the moment, so here's an example, to get us started:

      I'd like to make two suggestions if I may

      This was the first to come to mind for me. I almost wanted to post the first action scene from this movie, just for how awestruck I was by it in the theater, but from that film overall this one has got to be the best:
