Pardon the pun, but my mother is quite nuts over Peanuts. |

The last few months I've had a bit of an obsession with Peanuts. I've seen all 4 movies, every episode of the Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show, and have seen many of the tv specials. Also, I recently finished reading every single Peanuts comic strip in order on GoComics.com. |

Yup! I grew up on Peanuts holiday specials as well! I could sympathize with Charlie Brown and often felt like him. And Snoopy is the ultimate pal! |

Marcie is my favorite. She's sort of dimwitted but is also very friendly and sticks up for herself. |

My mother lived in the US before I was born, and she brought back two Peanuts comic books: the very first year 1951, and 1953 also. Those I "read" before I could read and, having grown up with them, they stand as the "definition" of Peanuts for me. I really like those early strips; they give me a nice comfortable feeling. But the later drawing style (I guess from the 1970's onwards) doesn't appeal so much to me. |

So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?

I love Peanuts. Charlie Brown and Snoopy made a guest appearance in one of my LDs. They were two dimensional. Charlie called me daddy and hugged my legs. |
