Ugh, some retard is complaining about void rays in the comments section. I want to reply with "How is bronze league treating you?" but I can't, because it's fucking US. Fuck sake Blizzard, just fuck off with the region locks already. They're basically splitting the community, on their own damn website.

We could implement some handicaps if we find the skill gap is too wide but I would play a race thats not my main and where I dont know the keybindings too well

If you need help improving, I would be more than happy to help you out in some games (if you are on us.battle.net), and I know Marvo has been doing an amazingly good job commentating and uploading VODs of other's replays. He'll give you some solid feed back!

I was watching that MLG stream yesterday, and it was pretty bad to be honest. I am better than some of the protoss who played there :/

In related news, today we, apparently, had some kind of competition in Denmark, deciding who is gonna go to "World Cyber Games", which people may be calling the OL of video games. Then on the other hand, they are only playing Counter Strike, Guitar Hero and Trackmania, so I guess it's not really anything big.

Ugh, I've sort of lost interest in this game. Don't get me wrong its a great game but constantly rebuilding from scratch with each new game gets annoying and boring.

Maybe you should try some more early pressure. I can see how it gets boring if each game is just a 40 minute turtle combat where you have one or two big fights. It's more interesting if you push out with the first few units and keep up the fighting. Also gets you shorter games

Back from vacation! Played around 5-7 (dont remember lol) games today and won them all. I have a TvP and a TvT that I can send to Marvo to commentate. They aren't too micro intense; more macro oriented as it is platinum after all.

So is anybody else following the Korean tournament? It's got the biggest prize money ever for an e-sport event, apparently. It's great and there's a lot of Americans and Europeans in there aswell, so definitely not something you want to miss. Also got Tasteless and Artosis for commentating, both are progamers and brilliant at casting. Tasteless and Day9 are brothers, by the way.

How many gases do you think Zerg need to support a roach/hydra army? 2 or 3?

Maybe take the 3rd for some upgrades.

I've been trying to learn zerg lately, but I'm not quite sure how much gas you need to support a roach hydra army. I really like that mix, because it works very well against protoss players who focus on gateway units. I'd say 2 gas for producing units. They are both fairly cheap in gas, but you are going to want the speed upgrade for roaches, range upgrade for hydras, then possibly burrow and underground movement. Makes you even better against protoss, because you can burrow below forcefields. So definitely at least 2. 3 might be better, though you might rather want more minerals for an extra hatchery.
