Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker it was decent, not as good as I remember it being from 5+ years ago, but a good movie with a decent story.

Oh really? I watched it on blu-ray since it came with my ps3, and I was surely dissapointed, but in all honesty, I didn't like any of the spiderman films, I prefer the cartoon.

Same with me. I was watching it with my Uncle and we were both laughing even though the script writers were blatantly not joking

I re-watched Batman Begins the other day in eager anticipation of The Dark Knight. My anticipation has since rose.

I watched The Bourne Identity for the first time ever today. I thought it was good, but it needed a bit more action and a bit less vaugeness.

Batman Begins wasn't that good to me. It was lacking. I know The Dark Knight will be MUCH better. (I'm more of a Joker fan than a Scarecrow fan anyways.)

I liked it much more the first time then the 2nd or 3rd time (I saw it twice in theaters), but I still find it highly enjoyable.

      Hancock
I really liked it. I had heard a bunch of mixed reviews on it, so I decided to DL it instead of wasting the money, but I came out wishing that I had seen it in theaters, so I will probably go back and see it with friends before the end of its run.

People are really going to either hate or love the "twist" in the movie, but I thought it was great. (I knew a little about it, before going in, but not the depths of it.) I loved the glimmer of back-story that it gives the main character(s) without giving all that much away, even by the end of the film, leaving potential for a whole Hancock "lore," in the future.

It's not without its faults, but I absolutely don't see where all the bad press on this movie is coming from. I'd probably give it an 8.5 for concept, 7.5 for overall execution.

      Spoiler for Spoiler:

[Edit: And I'm still in love with Charlize Theron. ]

I just watched Sword of the Stranger on veoh. The gore and violence was a little over the top for my tastes, but there was a lot that made up for it in the voice acting and symbolism.

Hancock - It was kind of a disappointment. It was really dry (which I expected), but I was hoping for at least lots of action, and there didn't even seem to be much of that.

The premise was great, too, which is a shame.

I watched Batman and X2: X-men United this weekend at my cabin. Both films were really great. Batman had a great dark tone and plot, and the action in X-men was awesome, especially the opening scene.

"A Fish Named Wanda".... watched it with friends, but not exactly my cup of tea. I appreciated the "What the heck?" factor, but meh.

      Batman: Gotham Knight

It's pretty badass. I like the different styles of each episode, and I like the idea of the first episode, where the kids are sitting around telling their stories of:

      "I saw the Batman, today!"

"Oh yeah? Well I saw him too, and I bet my story is better than yours!"

I think that and the Deadshot episode are my favorites.

The 2004 original version of "Shutter".. typical Asian horror film.. not really that scary nor suspenseful.

Hannibal Rising--I wasn't expecting much, but it was quite well-made. Almost reminds me of The Talented Mister Ripley.
