If that's true, then I hope that our own magetic field is tough enough to deflect all that radiation...Aurora Borealis will look NICE!

The magnetic pulse of our planets could had been the trigger of planet x arrival. On the contrary, it could had been in our solar system for ages, since its orbit is 3600 years. Which means, somewhere in the B.C's our ancestors must have seen it. There are many recordings of it. Such as Mayans,the Bible etc...
And yes, the dwarf can have little planets the size of pluto, Neptune around it. I don't see any physical law forbiting it from forming that way.
The aspect that it is on our own orbit, is obvious due to our own sun. It is greater and bigger than the dwarf.
The problem arises, when we might occur between both the Sun and the Dwarf. In this case, since two powerful magnetic pulses go straight into us, will extend big catastrophes and maybe a shift in poles.
