Came across this article, thought it was pretty interesting. http://www.slate.com/id/2186552/ Porn stars are paid to act (really); prostitutes are paid for sex. Performers may engage in sex as part of their roles—they presumably follow a script—but that doesn't count as sex for hire. Sex in the course of creating a movie or a photo is just plain old expression, protected under the First Amendment. Ah! So porn and prostitution are NOT the same thing!

The burden of proof would be on them to prove that you were not making a video. I think we have found the ultimate defense to any prostitution charge.

That would pretty much be the only kink the the plan - the fact that the video must be used for profit. Or does it? Can we get a legal definition of pornography in that respect? If there is no clear definition, then I would suspect if you walked around with a script in in your pocket (and a script can technically consist of a single line or two), a camera in a bag, and went to a "set" or pre-determined location (included in the script), you could be considered having the essentials for making a porno. Therefore, if you take into account the same legal reasoning in which people who get caught with an empty gun in the glove compartment, but a full mag of rounds under the seat are considered "in possession of a loaded weapon" - then technically you wouldn't even have to video tape the event. So long as you have the means to. That might be a bit of a stretch though. I do enjoy seeing you all take this seriously You obviously don't know men well.

Prostitution is a human right for anyone who's conscious enough to opt for it by themselves. You have all the right to have sex with whomever you want just as well as you have the right to receive money for something. Children prostitution is the problem we aim at. That said, Porn is even less a factor.
