Drinking or eating Mango's, which is better.

Well are there any difference, in drinking fruits and eating fruits? As in nutritional
values. Cause my father in law always ask me to blend 5 or more fruits and blend
em with water. Is it any different, if i eat those fruits with the same portion? Will
blending it loose some vitamins? Any person please share here.

In my opinion, both methods are effective in a way that they still provide you the nutrients and vitamins you needed. On the other hand there are sources of vitamins that are not solely from fruits, they may be coming from meats or vegetables. For example, I have a friend who is suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency due to being a vegan. Vegans are known to be non-meat eating groups of people.

You get rid of some digestive benefits when you juice them. Also, commercial fruit juices often don't contain the pulp (hint: look for fruit purees instead), which misses some of the good stuff.

Broccoli has vitamin B12, so a B12 deficiency isn't from being a vegan.

Um. No, vitamins do not disappear from a fruit if you put it in a blender. Whatever you put into the blender will come back out again. That's how objects work.
