      Very sensitive hands and feet?

This happens maybe once a week, or every two weeks.

When I get in the shower with the water running warm, the water feels like it should: warm. But it feels fairly hot on my hands and feet, usually uncomfortably hot. Why is this? I don't believe it's something serious, but I'd just like to be safe.

      Any answers are appreciated; thanks.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

It's only with water. I mean, if I were to wash my hands during these times, my hands would feel sensitive then too.
I haven't noticed anything when walking barefoot.

The hands and feet are among the most sensitive areas of the body. Its possible the water just got warmer, and you noticed it first on your hands and feet. How big of a difference is it?

How warm or cool the water feels is dependent on the temperature of your body where you contact it. You sense the differential, not the absolute temperature. Soooo if your hands are cold, even tepid water will feel warm, and warm water will feel hot. Are your hands cold a lot?

Pretty big, a few degrees. If the water's warm, then my hands and feet feels like there's too-hot water running on them.

Not really. My feet are, though, because I hate wearing socks. :3
