      dreams affecting waking life

Has anyone ever felt that vivid dreams sort of leave an impression on you throughout the day? Sometimes when I wake up after having had a vivid dream I sort of feel it echo through the day. If you've never experienced this its hard to explain, but if you have, any idea what causes it? It's not really anything I'm worried about just curious if anyone else notices it.

      Yes, absolutely!
I have this occasionally, usually after a very good dream, where I feel that I've achieved something amazing or just generally felt very good.
It can stay a few minutes, sometimes hours or even the whole day.

Maybe they are just positive feelings carrying over?
      Dreams are simple.
It's the painfully simple things the human mind cannot comprehend.
After all your mind is trained to understand the complexity of the waking world,
not the simplicity of the dream world.

Happens to people all the time. Dreams can temporarily impact your mood or perspective after waking and generally affect your whole day.
