      Dream recall is getting worse...why?

      Hi there,
      my dream recall has been really bad lately (1-2 dreams with 0-1 fragments), I was having a good 4+ dream recall every night about 1-2 weeks ago.
      Haven't been lucid for nearly 2 weeks now.

      I've been making lots of notes and revising for exams in 1 week. Do you think it's stress?
      Also, I've had 13 lucid's. Do you think I'll still get better, despite the poorer dream recall?
      Does one get more experienced is what I mean over time?...I DILD'ed in about 70% of the lucids..

      Hi there,
      I've been finding that lately I've been waking up and having real difficulty holding on to my dreams, not sure why myself, but I'm wondering if it could be that when I finally do get to sleep. I'm totally exausted and am still tired when I wake up. Maybe it's the same with you.

      Oooh, got lucid last night.
      Thanks for the help Chris, but I think it was just an anomaly, or it was because my sleeping pattern has changed from sleep at 11pm wake at 7am to sleep at midnight wake at 10am (as i'm on study leave)

      Yes sometimes stress can hinder your dream recall.
