Could anybody help with this one? Im having some trouble....

Hello! I would really love somebodies opinion on 2 dreams I've had about my ex...these dreams really disturb me, I feel like theres truth in them but I cant figure out what it is... The first dream I had about my ex is after we broke up, maybe 1 or 2 nights after he broke up with me. We used to party a lot, and we live in a small city. I was devastated pretty much, but Ive never really dreamt about him when we were together. We broke up about 7 or 8 months ago but continued to be friends....with benefits I spose, seeing as he kind of led me on a little bit. Think its over now... I dreamt I was at a party by myself, and it was about 8 am, i was surrounded by people Ive never met and I was in a room Ive never been in. What I can remember is it was nearly dawn outside, winter time. I left this party and went to another one. To get to this party I had to walk up a lot of stairs and it was on a roof, more people Ive never met. I looked around at the view of the city and there were bridges leading from one rooftop to another, kind of those straw rickety ones attached by strong ropes. I walked across it, towards my own house which was just over the bridge (underneath is the river) to another building. I entered the building and went into a room, which was all smokey and there were huge black speakers pumping out music and more people Ive never met. I sat on a couch and looked through the smoke, and saw my ex sitting on the ground, back against the wall and wearing a hat. He looked so forlorn and lost, his cigarette just burning away by itself in his hand and he was looking down at the ground. I turned to look the other way and when I looked again he was gone. I went looking for him in the apartment and couldn't find him,....and then I woke up. The second dream I had about him was recently. I've been kind of suspicious of him seeing somebody else whilst being with me for a couple of months, and he denied it, and my gut told me he was not entirely being honest....espescially when I saw them recently at a club, he was just picking her up and swinging her around. I dont know what is going on exactly, but seeing as hes my ex its none of my business, but I wanted to know because he was still being a little flirty with me. So anyways! The second dream is we are both back at that last apartment and theres another party going on. He pulls out a bag of presents that he's bought for this other girl (lets call her Suzie). He shows me a book that apparantly she likes reading ( i have no idea) and a candy necklace. When I looked at the candy necklace I turned around and said to him "A necklace? This means that you love her." And he turns around grabs my hand and holds it, almost squeezing it and looks into my eyes and then away from me, all the time holding my hand.....and then I woke up. Yeah the whole things been on my mind a while now...I just cant figure out what any of this means, if anything! Any help would be much appreciated!! xx

It sounds like you're afraid of him being with somebody else and that that fear is coming up in your dreams. Our dreams seem to present to us some of our biggest fears. As for the first dream, I'd say that it's just a presentation of the general feeling of the relationship to see him sad.
