      Is this a good sign

In my dream I thought to myself 'It's hard to tell Lucid dreaming from reality' which is quite funny but is this a good sign that I thought about Lding while dreaming?

Means your on the right track but you need to finish of that thought process with a reality check

Simply because you can breathe, doesn't mean your alive, or that you really live....

Yes, it means you're thinking about lucid dreaming in real life, which is coming through in your dreams. Now you just need to remember to reality check whenever you think about lucid dreaming like that.

Shouldn't take long until you become lucid now! Good luck.

You are so close! Keep it up, and the concept will eventually break through to your dreaming mind.

Yes, it is! Like other people said, it shows you are thinking a lot about lucid dreaming and it is carrying down into your dreams. That is what you want.

When we dream the logic part of our brain is turned off. That's why you didn't realize you were dreaming even when you were thinking about being lucid in the dream. Keep practicing and you will get more aware until you become lucid! Good luck
