Sleep Paralysis - Straight to bed?

Is it possible to go to bed for the night, and just lay still relaxing, and just come into SP, I'm not talking trying to WILD, but just SP? (May be a silly question idk)

No relevant question is silly. :-)
And yes it is possible. I have tried it myself.

      Very possible. Just difficult.
At bedtime your entire physiology is geared towards bringing you into unconscious sleep. In order to WILD, even reach sleep paralysis, you need to remain conscious through stages 1-2-3-2-REM of sleep, and considering that sleep cycles are 90 minutes long it takes a while.

It would take a TON of practice i would think.
I would love to hear from someone who has actually been able to do this.

I succeeded twice with WILD immediately after going to sleep, but it took a long time and the dream was really blurry and white-black... So yes, it's possible since you have to be in SP to dream...
      I realize that i'm dreaming.

When I used to try self hypnosis I made my self SP all the time before sleep. The sleep paralysis aint the hard part, you just wont be able to go ino a dream.
