Thread: What does your sleep paralysis sound like?

Usually it's like someone is ripping a piece of paper next to my eat, that's how i know I've fallen asleep and entered SP, sometimes thought it's like a high pitched scream.

I hear something like a stadium crowd making idle conversation - very ambient and relaxing.

Something like this...

For me it sonds like buzzing space/white noise.
No whispers and bells at all.

I've had SP once, and I heard something like a ghostly sound it was like "Haaaaa~" and then it became louder and louder and I was like "Omgwtf is this shit get me out of here" and I forced myself out of it. Such a waste... it was so cool. But I am paralyzed in my dreams often, not sure if that counts. If it does I usually see a shadowy person appear near my door and a high-pitched sound appears and I get very anxious. Then I started laughing like a maniac, sort of like a self-defense mechanism I guess and I always wake up after that. I hope that one day I will stay in my dream and kick that mother fucker's ass.

Mine are mostly audio hallucinations, with occasional visual. Last night I heard "He's not evil, he just went to..." in a deep and disturbing voice.... Usually it's just something along the lines of hissing, and sometimes with my eyes closed I get vivid shapes and faces, with flashes of light here and there. A couple nights ago was interesting, felt like I was spinning and spinning, saw countless different visuals, and felt a tingling sensation moving slowly from my feet up to my head, and the whole time it was accompanied by a feeling of euphoria. I almost always wake up after these, I have an anxiety issue and it intensifies anything I feel limiting my ability to really relax.
