      Night Terrors

      Just wondering if anybody has had experience with them. They're like nightmares but not exactly, kinda difficult to word.

      Don't know what a night terror is

      I know they're rare, but I'd love to know if anybody has had them before. If so, please tell.

      I'm not sure if i got it right, but isn't it when you are in a dream, which maybe isn't scary at all, but you feel scared... like something is about to happen or just the athmosphere of the dream is creepy...

      I have this creepy feeling when i have lucids in my earlier REM cycles.

      Maybe you don't mean this... but i can't really get it out of what you say

      Yeah, night terrors are really hard to explain.
      It's just a total feeling of dread and fear you get early on in the night from nothing.
      And that's sorta what they are, it's just a nonscary dream that makes you feel this way, sometimes people have gone through it while not even being in REM, just waking up struck with fear.

      I became lucid after I was chased by someone. I still felt like they were there, it was pretty scary. Also in my second lucid, I was paranoid about something jumping out at me. Is this right?
