You're describing 'false awakenings', I'd give that a google, or I'm sure there are some good pages on the subject on this site. |

Just do RC's to check reality everytime you wake up, or try levitate. You can use this to your advantage, because you will get used to automatically doing an RC when you wake up these false awakening will be like triggers for you. |

Yeah, i should practice lucid dreaming. |
You should learn some stabilization techniques and mantras. Everynight before sleep you say "I can do anything in a lucid dream" or so. Once in the dream you suck all the energy out of the world around you and become infintely strong (it works because it gives you confidence I'd say) |
Don't worry; it's physically impossible to get stuck in a dream. |
reality checks... |
I agree with the other posters that you MUST do a reality check every time you wake up. It will help you spot these false awakening every time you have them. Once you know your dreaming you can do absolutely anything you want, or you can wake up if you want to if your afraid of being stuck in a dream, but i would not do that since it is impossible to be stuck in a dream, like what fennecgirl said. |
