      More Effective Dream Influence/Autosuggestion Techniques?

      I was kind of wondering if anyone had any effective techniques as to consciously influence/autosuggest what will be in your dreams. Not necessarily for LDs but I'm sure that'll influence on over too.

      I saw an old thread and it said about trying to daydream... but the thing is if I daydream I'm more than likely to fall asleep daydreaming.

      Any suggestions?
