Whenever I try to wild or just take a nap I don't seem to fall into rem sleep. It's not like I haven't dreamt while napping but the last time I had one I was in biology last year was extremely tired and fell into a dream. (Unfortunately it had no idea what a lucid dream was then). Is this normal? Is there a way to induce dreams during naps? How do I fix this? Why am I asking so many questions? But anyways has anyone suffred from this and how did you overcome this? Thanks!
