This is amazing. I only so far know a few individuals who have had dreams this realistic. I have nothing to say at the moment, but keep that mind of yours going. |

Well, I mean.. You could use reality checks if your legitametely having a hard time distinguishing RL from the DW. Maybe if it's possible, make that dream a reality so you won't have to worry..? |

If you really keep a lookout for dreamsigns whenever you feel like you could be dreaming, chances are very high that you will notice something that is at least slightly incosistent with your waking life. |

Hm - sounds like wishful thinking making you believe you not only dreamt of something - but actually remember it. |

Is there no option of changing this situation? Like catching up with those people or so? Either way I think the above advice is great - RCs should always do the job and maybe you could try finding a solution in your LDs? I'm sure that if you are willing to distinguish dream and reality and try finding a solution within your dreams as well as your waking life then you will probably be okay. |

Saying there is no alien life in the universe is like dipping a cup in the ocean and saying there are no whales.
That happens to me sometimes, usually when I'm sleep deprived, so I have some advices: ADA (all-day-awareness). If you pay attention to your surroundings, you'll be able to notice when things are real and when there's something weird going on. Reality checks, because sometimes all you need is to question reality for two seconds to realise it's not real at all. And finally, write on your dream journal everytime you wake up. Not only it'll help you identify dream signs, but it might be very helpful to have your dreams written down. If you use the dream journals here, you can tag your entries, so you can use, for example, "girl A" for the girl you like and then you'll have all your dream interactions with her under one tag. Then, if you're confused about something, you can just check the tag and you'll see if it really happened of it was just a dream. |
