      Marihuana and ADA Method

      The thing is that I practiced All Day Awareness the whole week. Just a few moments ago my sister rolled a joint and we smoked it, very jummy by the way. So i reminded to do ADA and it was the best thing in the world, but my point is that marihuana doesn't affect you at all in that sense, you can perfectly remind to do it and you are very effective in satisfying the true object of the method. However tomorrow im going to report if i had dream recall or not. I've been remembering at least 3 dreams every night since i've been practicing ADA so lets see what happens tomorrow.

      I recently quit smoking myself simply because I wish to put more effort into LD's. It's no secret that mary jane will fuck with your REM (and your recall). However I find that the nights after getting it out of your system produce some very vivid dreams. But yeah. Most likely weed will only hinder your LD efforts :/ at least from what I know.

      Maybe because you smoke it before bed, but i believe that if i wait until the effects fade away, i will have very vivid dreams.

      A few hours ago I woke up and had normal dream recall. However i noticed that the level of weirdness in my dreams rises. It's actually hard to dream a dream like that, you don't know what to expect neither how to act in those situations. However I believe that if lucid dreaming is mastered it would be a whole different experience, more fun and more misterious.
