I have no idea if your joking or serious lmao. Tell me this... What's supposed to happen exactly if I did do that?

I can't remember the specifics as how one can transition from the dream to an OBE. What I do remember as to what happens is you'll end up in the astral realm. It shouldn't be too hard to realize as the environment will be immediately different and you'll likely end up in a place that exists in the real world. You won't be able to change your surroundings like with lucid dreaming, and you'll likely encounter other people there, too.

Don't take my word for this. This is just my recall from another person who did this frequently. Whether it's true or not, I can't say. I can't say I really believe in the whole OBE stuff unless I experience it myself. Because it's not like someone can take a camera and photograph an astral entity or themselves flying through walls.

well first, you must engage your self get fully 100% lucid, then and only when you done that
dont rush this, if you do rush it you will ruin it! you must come back to your body from the dream state: slowly back into sleep paralysis, very slowly.
