I'm guessing you don't want to use an alarm or anything that might wake you up during a cycle? I know an age-old technique is to drink lots of water before going to bed, but I guess this will only work once per night. |

I used to wake up a few times a night to record dreams but now this "ability" is gone. What can I do to wake up again? I tried mantras but they seem to work randomly |

Maybe simply recording the dreams on those occasional awakenings you manage to achieve for a while will help gradually kick-start the process. I don't know whether this happens to everybody, but when I decided to start recording dreams on each awakening during the night, over time it just started to work on its own, with me being conditioned to wake up naturally at ideal times for recording each dream I just had. |
