Talking Usally how does your Lucid Dream end?

Hi guys, just wanted to bring up a topic that I think never was talked about...
Well as you can tell from the title just say how your Lucid Dreams end. Me personally never had an Lucid Dream so I can't say much about this subject.:(
Because people talked a lot about how they get into an Lucid Dream but never how it ends. Also on a side note if you can could you also say what you do to wake up from an Lucid Dream intentionally. I know I blabbered a lot sorry Thanks guys in advance

They end with me thinking to wake up, and... just will to wake up and do so.

Wow what a quick response thanks a lot, But why would you want to wake up from an Lucid Dream? Most people want to stay as long as possible in an Lucid Dream.

when I wake up, my dream just like fades, and I open my eyes. on one occassion, my LD ended abruptly, in the middle of an action, and when I woke up so abruptly, my body finished that action (no joke guys)

Usually I just suddenly find myself awake. Sometimes I can feel myself waking up and try to stabilize. Sometimes I wake myself up. Sometimes I can hear things from RL intruding in the dream and I know I'm about to wake up (ie my alarm is going off)

They end with a white fade (like a Counter-Strike flashbang) and it suddenly becomes the backs of my eyelids.

usually for me one of two things happen:

      1) I lose control and drift back into the dream without realizing that I am dreaming (I have always had problems sustaining LDs)

      2) I wake up because the lucidity is so intense.

Ah I forgot an important one- sometimes something distracts me or I get too crazy and I lose lucidity.

They usually fade away from seconds to a minute or so when the moment I become lucid. :/

      *sighz*

I'll also lose control and become non-lucid.

I almost always realize a few seconds before the dream (luicid or not) ends that it is about to. So if I wasn't lucid until them I get a second or two of lucidity (suck). There is just a sensation of movement that is seperate from my dream body that signals the end of the dream. Then the dream either fades and I awake or it cuts off abruptly.

      1) Most commonly I can tell quite some time in advance that I am going to be waking up soon and a few things start to happen as my awakening draws closer.
      a) Loss of Dream Control
      b) Loss of Lucidity
      c) Dream Scene becomes very simple. Like someone turned the graphics down.
      d) Dream Scene starts to fade black.
      e) I start to hear outside noises. I.E. people walking around outside my room. Alarm Clock, etc.
      f) I force myself to wake up to remove myself from a situation in this case it's like blinking one second your in the dream the next your awake instantly.
      g) DC's start saying "goodbye", "cya next time", "looks like your gonna wake up soon" etc.

For me it just starts to fade out and I think "Aw crap, my dream is fading" and I try to save it but it doesn't really work. And then I'm awake. But sometimes it's a false awakening.

      Mine ends in disapointment...

Why, you ask? Because, at the end of the Lucid Dream, I become disapointed that it ends.

Do you know how it slowly becomes black in front of your eyes and you get dizzy when you were lying down somewhere and stood up too quickly? I have those sorts of blackouts, without the dizziness.

I usually just get too excited and wake up in both lucids and non-lucids. (Except my sole WILD for some reason.) In EVERY dream (including lucids) that I remember from this week, I woke up because of the prospect of riding a roller coaster.

for me they usually end because the dream becomes unstable and I start to lose my five senses, and the dream just fades away. that or I become too excited. Then i wake up in bed.

Yea me too but I think it is related to your health. If your not in good shape it will happen more often to you, I was told this by my Gym coach.

Yea, no offense but I don't buy that at all It may minimize the effect, but I think general health is completely irrelevant when it comes to having low blood pressure. High blood pressure on the other hand, definitely.
