      About Sleep time

I'm more of a night person so I go to bed until 2-4 am so I KNOW because since I knew about LD techniques, I have got my LD's during morning time

      So my question is:

About what time I should wake up to try a WBTB I usually wake up naturally at 7am and 11 am

      P.D I've got more results after 11a.m

I think usually about 6 hours of sleep, maybe a little less (it's a bit different for different people) is recommended. So if you sleep at 3am, set your alarm for 9am. Any multiple of 1.5 hours or so after falling asleep, so you can hit the beginning of a REM cycle. REM periods become longer as the night goes on, so it's best to do it later in the sleep cycle, after 4.5 or 6 hours of sleep.

I haven't heard that the actual time of day should make a difference, only how long you've been sleeping for.

Plan on doing it whenever you wake up naturally. Stay up for a few minutes (maybe 15 or 20?) thinking about dreaming, then return to sleep. Do you normally have trouble falling back asleep when you wake naturally? Or are you super tired?
