      Best time to sleep?

When is the best time to go to sleep in order to have the best recall and chances to have MILDs (the one where you do RCs in the dream)?

-Should I go to sleep not very tired?

-Should I go to sleep so tired, I might pass out?

-Or just have a nap in the afternoon?

I've noticed that when I go to bed super tired and wake up after a dream, I'm too tired to want to write it down...

A regular routine (fixed time) is likely to help.
To fulfill your Sleep, you have to Dream,
To fulfill your Dreams, you have to Wake up.
