Thread: What did I have?

I'm not really sure what kind of method describes how I became lucid last night...so I'll just post my experience and hear your opinions.

I wake up and I had my eyes shut (did I really wake up?). My mind was on SP. I had a weird thought about the feeling in my chest in relation to my legs, and then my chest went numb. I then sat up. It felt like I sat up, but not with my physical body. I did a RC and it proved true. I then tried to stabilize, and it worked great. For some reason though, I kept thinking about my previous dream I just had..and really couldn't focus.

So, what do you think this was. A WILD or was I Dream Chaining?

More like a DILD, FAs happen a lot, if you try to WILD, they happen with episodes of SP and HH as if you were WILDing. So, since the RC worked, you were most likely already asleep.

Interesting...I actually had the thought of WILDing when I woke up..yeah I guess I was already asleep and it was just a FA

If you did wake up it sounds like a DEILD to me
