My mind likes to f**k with me.....

Well this isnt going to be long, i just wanted to know whether you all think this was a dream or what.

Before i went to sleep last night i said the following phrase to myself 20 times at least
"i am going to sleep, i will awake after each and every dream and i will remember them vividly"
ive been keeping a dream journal for some time, and i woke up last night, didnt think to rc, idk why but i decided to enter the dream i remember in my dream journal, which is on my iphone, i remember trying to access my iphone and screwing up the lock code some 5 or 6 times, after that i accessed it and entered what i remembered and went to sleep, now the program automatically saves, when i awoke i looked in my phone to see what my dream was like, there was nothing there, i even remember seeing texts in my phone last night that arent there this morning, was i just that dazed from sleep or was i dreaming and just didnt rc?

i will be doing the same tonight, but i will be sure to rc, haha

any and all opinions will be appreciated

If I were to guess, I'd say it was a false awakening. Sometimes I get up and do things without even being aware that I'm dreaming, then I get back into bed and really wake up.

If your room looks the same as it did the night before, and there's no evidence that things moved, it was definitely a dream.
