      Able to tell i'm dreaming very easily

      Recently i've been having a much easier time becoming lucid. Not to say i've ever had trouble with it, i'm a natural lucid dreamer and have been doing it frequently my entire life, but recently the way that i've been becoming lucid is different. I thiiink in the past usually when I became lucid it was because something didn't make sense so I realized I was dreaming. Recently i've been becoming lucid when there really isn't evidence to imply that i'm dreaming. I just get this feeling like I know i'm dreaming, even though nothing unusual is happening. Do you guys do this?

      Yes that's usually how it happens for me. This is a good sign as it means you are becoming used to being aware in dream enough that lucid dreams will just happen naturally, the same way regular dreams will.

      This allows my dreams to last longer too, or at least chain them together. Because if one ends and another begins, I instantly (usually) catch that I am in another dream. So you can have a bunch of lucids in one night as you will realize what is happening each time you go into a new dream.
