Cool What is second-nature to you?

So what is it for you then?

In the few lucids I've had I've found that flying and casting fire comes really easily to me. I don't have any particular way of doing it, it just happens when I want it to I need to try more things out when I'm lucid, but I don't think straight enough at the moment to do that.

Getting lucid more often would probably help too

But anyway, what do you find super easy to do in dreams? Almost like it's second-nature...

And y'know, who confines it just to dreaming? What are you a natural at IRL? For me, it's swimming, hockey and piano. Whereas I totally suck at dancing, physics and football.

      Let me know

I haven't found any natural abilities while dreaming (yet) as I have only recently found this site and wanted to try different things in my LDs. But I know one of them isn't summoning =(

I just love jumping out windows. Whenever I get lucid, the first thing I do is look for a window, lol. Last week I had an EXTREMELY vivid lucid dream, I got to the window and everything looked so real that I decided not to jump, because I might really get hurt. Silly me.

Anyways, I'm very good at... Flying?? Damn... I haven't really tried much have I? :/
      Lucid dreams, gotta love em.

Flying, Summoning.. Most of the things I do in dreams I find pretty easy to make happen.. Probably because for me, it's really easy to believe that since I'm dreaming.. I can do what I want..

Urm, real life.. Understanding physics.. Designing and Making stuff (Engineering).. Origami (Natural), Badminton, Table Tennis and stuff like that...

Super strength/invulnerability I can do every time in my lucids. Teleporting comes next, summoning dream characters, and then flying. Although it's easy to do most things in a lucid dream because I've had a lot of experience with high lucidity and my method of dream control (expectations!).

In real life, I'm an artist with a natural talent for graphic design and visual arts. But I stink at painting.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Flying, TK, pulling a sword from my side, firing off lightning bolts, phasing. . . I'm sure there's several more tricks I'm forgetting.

Like invulnerability, for instance. . .

Have only had one full LD since trying a couple months ago. Teleporting was the first thing. Did that several times, it was pretty generic. My surroundings shattered like glass, with the sound, pieces spun around and came together as somewhere else. Also, shapeshifted, not a smooth morph, it was like I had a shell and could make it explode off, that was more like paper. Oh yeah time traveled a lot in that one.

Irl I play guitar and keyboard, write fiction and philosophy, but most of all, spend time with friends.

I can induce WILD's in my first REM cycle (it's very hard for me to stay lucid past the rapid eye movements without waking up or falling into a deep sleep). It's just upsetting because it's only up to 10 minutes long =[

      Thanks for your comments guys

Unluckily for me, I'm not such a natural at WILDing *hangs head* tried again last night but I just couldn't relax properly. So in the end I just slept -_-

I had a few WILDs early in my lucid dreaming "career", but then I hit a massive dryspell. I haven't WILDed in over six months.

Well I've only had 2 induced lucids, but the second one didn't last 2 seconds. I didn't get to do much, but I took off flying and had amazing control. I was also able to make things explode at will right away, and I teleported at least 7 times flawlessly.

Flying is definitely what I'm best at in dreams, lucid or not. I usually have super strength too, and I often can control fire at least a little bit. When something is going to attack me in a dream I usually either fly away or try to summon fire.

As for RL.... I guess drawing and running. :/

Telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and invulnerability. At least when I'm not lucid.

Drawing comes naturally to me IWL, at least when I'm doing it on a regular basis. Writing, as well.

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.
