      Waking up Gasping for Air!

      Waking up gasping for air....

The other night I had a dream where I walked slowly into my bathroom (I think) and opening the closet door, when I opened the door, I saw myself. I woke up GASPING for air! And I cant remember dreaming of anything else...and I can always remember when I have multiple dreams.

I was just wondering how many of you have woken up gasping?
And if certain types of dreams bring gasping on more than other types of dreams?

      Thanks

I don't really know any types of dreams, except dreams, lucid dreams, and nightmares.
