Hi, I was also very motivated one month ago when I had may first and only LD after having practiced RCīs and writing a dream journal. As my journal was getting too big I decided to write only LD`s and then Iīm in a dry spell up to now. I thought the records I had were enough to help identify dream signs but the problem is I donīt remember to do RCīs or pay attention to dream signs whem Íīm dreaming even if I repeat aloud before sleeping or spend the day doing RCīs. I tryed vitamin B6 and choline which were completely useless but in the end my ability to remember dreams is far better. In short, the fact that you had 2 LDīs in three weeks should be taken as an achievement. Congrats. My main motivation is the thought that by practicing lucid dreaming we can improve our mental capacity, memory, attention, concentration and, I would risk to say, the ability to handle stressful situations in life.
