As well as all the things that aren't possible, like flying, I really want to try playing guitar in a dream. |

Well I think lucid guitar playing, or anything of that sort is best for things like creativity. Let's say you are trying to write a song. Well if you become lucid you could either a) start playing your guitar and hope something unique comes out of it or b) find some way of listening to music and if it's an original idea, try to recreate it when you wake up. In terms of practice, i don't think it will necessarily make you that much better of a guitar player because the physics just aren't there, but it would be a great way to get enthusiastic about your guitar playing and enjoy the experience. |

The Key is to combine your waking rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams, because if you can do that, you can do anything.
Oh god. I'm terrified to try now! |
|
haha definitely try it! I would say it might help you improve if you already know the basics and definitely help with creativity, I would say its definitely worth trying! |

Yes, but there may not be the correct amount of strings on your guitar, and the sounds may not be right. Dream control's very hard if you want to be super-specific about something, especially how the sound will play out. It might sound distorted, or strange. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Well, nothing to lose by trying it. And I have been playing for some time, so I suppose it'd be easier to imagine what a guitar's supposed to look, feel and sound like? |
|
how realistic? |
|
id think that yes it would be realistic, there are many artists that have done the same thing, not that i can name any but in personal acounts i can say yes. |
