Do you have any superstitions about lucid dreaming? Perhaps a lucky pair of pajamas? A lucky night of the week? Or a ritual you perform before going to sleep? |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
Nope, I don't really have any rituals or superstitions. I do like to put a hot water bottle at the foot of my bed sometimes, though, when I'm trying to get to SP. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Oh, there is one! Thinking about how to complete a goal during waking, will make me forget to perform it on a dream. |

I have several habits about my written dream journal. If I don't follow them, I fear I'll have bad luck and won't have any recall. I only use one pen. I must use a nice gel pen, not a ball-point. Every night I click it once, check the ink, slip it in the pocket in the journal, and then lay it just-so on the corner of my bed. If I accidentally knock the journal off the bed, that's bad luck. Occasionally I'll forget to write the date, or write it one day off, or write the time wrong and that's all bad luck. If I accidentally leave a page blank in between entries, that's bad luck. Then in the morning I put the journal and pen back in there place on my desk, just-so. |

Proably a ritual that I am starting will be drinking apple juice before I go to bed apart from that however not really. If I had your rituals I would have so much bad luck the ammount of times I forget to put the right time in |
