Thread: Superstitions

Do you have any superstitions about lucid dreaming? Perhaps a lucky pair of pajamas? A lucky night of the week? Or a ritual you perform before going to sleep?

I'm very interested in habits, rituals, and beliefs. Even if they seem illogical or nonsensical. It's an NLP thing, if you are familiar with that topic. In particular, professional athletes and musicians tend to be very superstitious. It's part of their expertise.
