      Help with WILD

Ok. Basicly I need someone to give me a good guide of how to get in a WILD and how it feels during it. Every day I will add to this like this

      WILD Improvement:
      WILD Success:

      Summary of Dream:

I am really looking forward to this and if anyone can give me a tutorial or a way that works for them I'll try it tonight.

      Thanks

I've been attempting WILDS for a few days now, I think I've attempted about 10 times
all failures but I'm getting closer. Read up on some of the WILD tutorials here they are
      very helpful.

      My progress:
1st attempt - I got numb and heard some really crazy shit ( auditory hypnagogic hallucinations )
later attempts - I managed to get some visual images behind my eyelids, also very crazy and quite interesting
the visuals, for me, started out with a blob like when you look at a light too long, which changed to
different shapes got bigger, more blobs etc... until the blob turned into a ring. A bunch of rings started
forming around that and all were moving away from me. Eventually I got a vivid blue shape that turned
into a background sky with the black of my vision as mountains still only bi-tonal. then the blue changed
into ocean with black as land. Eventually I had a white bird flying around in front of this. Then the bird
got more detailed and the blue went away. I watched the bird fly around for a bit and then I saw smoke.
Then I saw a bright light. It was so bright it was blinding. Blew my mind as I was seeing this through the
back of my eyelids. Eventually I could see a sky with what looked like a rafter and every time my point of
view moved, I could see this bright light ( probably the moon ) come out from behind the rafter. It was
blindingly bright. My perspective looked around and I was in a beautiful cathedral.
My most mind blowing hypnagogic experience ever.
