How often can you Lucid Dream?

I'm just curious how often everyone Lucid Dreams. I understand life gets in the way sometimes, but if you had enough free time how often could you become Lucid?

It took over my only rest time every night.
All my dreams have sth for me to realise, to urge me to change the way i do things or act in reality , in a form of story.
One word to describe it --> DAMN TIRING!
I wld appreciate it much if my dreams ever allow me to even close and open eyes in the morn feelin fresh, just for 1 night.
The dreams had felt so real..yet it also felt like memory erase when i didn't rem it.

It depends, when I start practicing it I can make it happen often. At one point I didn't want to lucid so I was out of it, now just recently I got back into it. When i was napping I was lucid dreaming, its very very fun I love it. Makes sleeping the best part of the day.

Well I did not chose to lucid dream. It jus happened by itself 4 yrs back. The dream jus get more complicated thats it- means more problems in my real life.
It choses me and theres no escaping. I lucid dream once i close my eyes to sleep WITHOUT the slightess amount of effort. Didn't allow me to rest even ONE night. -damn-
So far only 1 explaination -->brain too active. I hope to get more detailed explaination though..

Right now, once every couple weeks. I'm trying hard to get them more frequently though.

I have 2-3 LDs every week. Almost all of them are DILDs, though. I'm currently practicing the WILD method and hoping to have them more often.

I've had a dryspell of about a month, but now I've discovered sumthing that seems to work. 3 lucids in 2 months. None of them very long, 1 very vivid.

How long have you been practicing? I can only get about 1 DILD a month. Are they MILDs or are you just able to recognize you're dreaming without setting your intention before you sleep?

Mind sharing what you've discovered? Is it for DILDs?

Usually once or twice a week. More often when I'm thinking about lucid dreaming.
