Red face Need Help with a few things :/

      1) How do you wake up and write in your DJ?? I can barely read most of my DJ lol such terrible writing when i first wake up
2)Transition - How do you transition from SP into a dream? I've tried visualizing and everything but usually i just fall asleep or stay awake and eventually move
3)Also probably a personal problem but whenever I think about breathing whether im going to sleep or awake I take over the breathing and have to breath myself idk lol

      1) I personally sleep with a wireless keyboard, with notepad open on my laptop. I can type with my eyes closed, and that way I don't lose the dream. If you can't, or don't want to do that, just try your best to write important words as legibly as you can.
      2) SP always makes me panic. I couldn't SP into LD if I tried. I wouldn't try this method.
      3) That could actually be your heart rate. I used to have that problem after taking stimulants.
---o--- my DCs say I'm dreamy.

and its not exactly a physical thing
      Ill try to explain
When I think about breathing at all, I breath for my self...it goes from involuntary to voluntary until i forget or something

ive had that problem before to its annoying but if you try and make as close to normal as you can you will just forget it nothing you can do about it's in your head you wont forget to breath all together and die if thats what your worried about.

      1. I just scrawl in my notebook. Later, I type it into the DV system and clean it up a bit. You might try ye olde tape recorder method. Of course, it doesn't have to be a literal tape. You might find it easier to do it vocally.
      2. I have trouble getting into SP at all. I usually fall asleep before I realize it. >.< I've shifted some focus on DILDing and RCing throughout the day.
      3. Try staring at your breath with your nose, throat, etc. I know it is a weird way to put it, but there it is. Perhaps try thinking about somebody else breathing first, listening to their breath, and then try to shift over to yours without controlling it.

      1. I just write it and even my crap writing lol I can remember it and I usually type it in DV like 30 min later
      2. In the beginning it took awhile I can enter it in average 10-20 min and get more relaxed here
      3. I usually count 123 as I breath in and think the word relax as I breath out it helped me so much

      1) I sleep next to my iPod touch and have a journal in it. Pretty easy
      2) I can't and I've had many DILDS though
      3) Same with me. Also along with swallowing and blinking hah just try not to think about it

      1) Get at least seven or eight hours of sleep a night or else you might be writing really bad like I do.
      2) I try not to think about anything while I'm SPing, clearing my mind. But when I reach SP I always jerk out of it.
      3) Just try to breate at a constant speed. That's what I do.

You might want to go to sleep with a fan on or headphones in, this might take some of the focus off your breathing, but I totally know what you mean. Going to sleep to some white noise keeps your mind from wandering.

      1. Me too, my writing's messy, can barely read them too. I keep a notebook on my nightstand, for school whenever I remember a dream, I keep one in my pencil case, and for when I'm on the laptop, I have a file here. What I do is come up with keywords, then expand on them later. Because of the countless words I write, one of them would at least be legible and remind me the rest unreadable parts. Dunno if this will help, but it works for me.
      2. I haven't been able to do it in a really really long time, but the way I do it, I chant mantras in my head the moment I feel the strongest of the vibrations, "1... am I dreaming? 2... am I dreaming?", and so on, that's the easiest technique for me, just experiment what technique works best for you.
      3. I usually try to regulate it by counting by three's, and I try to relax as much as possible focusing on the void before me. Like I said, just experiment on whichever works best for you.

      hope I helped
