Thread: Lucid + SP last night (need advice on what to do.)

Last night i had another lucid dream and i woke into sp then fell back asleep and woke up later so lucids not as detailed as it could have been. Dream also had a lot of random teleportation.

So I'm in my house but in school if that makes sence my teacher was teaching and it was so weird that i became lucid i through my paper at the teacher then got up so did everyone around me (other students) and marched out my house it was dark outside i touched some wood on the side of my house to stabilize then i yelled this lucid will never end then got scared and said well just tell i want it to end . lol. So i ran to my front yard and though ok so i did what i needed to do so i had a random thought for a goal find a friends house and do something i really didn't have a plan and felt like before i did that i should at least try some mind powers i tryed to fly i levitated then fell back down and i said ima try and blow someones head up with my mind and i focused on a regular aged kid but it redirected it to some 3 year old and his head began to glow but i couldn't blow a babies head up so i stopped and figured good enough. So as i am running and jumping huge leaps because i cant fly so i end up at a school for some reason jump the fence and i see two people still their eating i turn and jump over fence again then go into SP at first i don't know why but i thought i died but then said right after that no I'm not I'm in sp but for some reason kept thinking i was dead. Then i see a field a court and I'm playing basket ball my coordination is way off i felt like i was dreaming forever and I'm wide open for a 3 get the ball and when i shoot it it just air balls so bad i fall back and wake up !

So when i was in SP i need advice on what to do because Ive been in SP 2xs now and would like some personal methods or even a forum link to do when i enter it and how to keep calm and not try and focus on the unknown part of it all if that makes sence.
